Works great. I used the ole Nautilus pullover in the 70’s. This works every bit as good.
I tried a more expensive machine at a local exercise machine retailer before purchasing. It was three times the cost. It didn’t work any better than this machine. The only real difference was it came with a weight stack. The was not a showstopper for me.

The converging arms on this machine are killer and the ability to add machine based ISO lateral work to chest day, for me, is a huge plus. Such a great addition to my home gym, just sorry I didn't order it sooner.

Delivery includes the freight driver (only 1 person) unloading the fully-assembled equipment to you on pallets. The package is unloaded from the truck with a lift-gate and a pallet jack. They will place the package as close to the curb of the destination address as possible. Once the package is unloaded off of the truck, it is the responsibility of the customer to move the assembled piece/s inside the delivery address.
